Daysnips

Terms of Service

Daysnips is a family of apps published by Wishpipe Studios: Routines, Intervals, and Schedule (each an "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover this website and supplement the license that accompanies each App from the App Store. They do not replace it: your right to install and use an App comes from that license, and where the two differ, that license governs the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or the Apps.

Description of Service

Each Daysnips app is a planning and timing tool for a different kind of work. Schedule plans a day as tasks and events. Routines runs a saved list of tasks on a timer. Intervals runs timed exercises in rounds. In every case you create the content yourself, and all data is stored locally on your device.

Use of the Apps

You may:

  • Use the Apps for personal or commercial purposes
  • Create and organize your own content within them

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps

Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Apps. Your data is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it. You are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Any loss of data that may occur

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Apps are free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAYSNIPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Daysnips and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The Apps may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Daysnips (for example, an App Store link). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, locally stored data may be removed. You are responsible for backing up any data you want to keep.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and country in which Daysnips is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Daysnips regarding this website. They supplement, and do not replace, the license that accompanies each App from the App Store, which governs your use of the App itself.
